Electroplating at G&A Plating
G&A has capability to do rack, barrel and basket plating. We have 3 dedicated cleaning lines, 2 barrel lines and 7 rack plating lines. In addition, G&A has a dedicated vibe/tub area for mass finishing which includes 16 vibratory machines and 42 tub machines, and a lacquer room with 4 Ronzi spin lacquer machines.

G&A has the capability to provide 2-Tone plating. A 2-Tone finish provides 2 different plated metal colors on one particular item. 2-Tone plating is typically done as Gold plating on Imitation Rhodium or Russian Gold over Silver Ox.
